Why Group Training?
Our CrossFit program is very well rounded and suitable for any level. Every workout can be customized to each individual by our coaches to keep you progressing. This program helps build your fitness across all modalities including strength, body weight movements, and cardiovascular conditioning.
This is a great entry point to those who are looking to get fitter, burn some calories, get those hear rates high, and work up a great sweat. Everyone can benefit from this program, as it develops cardiovascular capacity that can be applied in other sports, CrossFit, and life in general! It’s focused on body weight movements, monostructural work (rowing, biking, running), and light weights.
An hour dedicated to fine tuning your technique in gymnastics and weightlifting. Every month, we change the focus of this class. It is a small group, so we are able to give you specific mobility, strength, and skill work to progress you from your current level. Beginners as well as advanced members can all benefit from this.
