2) 20 V-Ups
3) 10 Burpee Broad Jumps
4) 15 Double Kettlebell Front Squats 70/53 RX+/ 53/35 RX OR an odd object bear hug squats (dball.. sandbag.. stone.. your Coach)
5) 15 Box Jumps 30/24 RX+/ 24/20 RX
