EMOTM 8 minutes
3 Speed Back Squats

*Same weight for all sets.
Focus on maintaining a tight core and driving through your heels.

Then

AMRAP 20 minutes

10 Hand Release Push-Ups
20 Lunges
200 meters Run

Tighten that Core
