Neil Booth is a coach at CrossFit 201. He found CrossFit in 2009 after repeatedly failing to run the perfect marathon.
In addition to having run too many road races to count, including the New York City Marathon (2010), the New Jersey Marathon (2009), the Marine Corp Marathon (2011) and the Disney Marathon (2011), he’s run some truly crazy races, including the Escarpment Trail Race (2011), the very first Tough Mudder, some of the very first GoRuck Challenges (classes 061, 289 and 489), and the CAB marathon. As if that weren’t enough, he even started his own trail race series.
He’s a USAW level one instructor and has a CrossFit Endurance certification. Neil also coaches his son in lacrosse (grade 6), a sport he played through high school. He was recruited and played defense for a short time at Washington and Lee University.
