We’re so glad that you’re interested in getting started at CrossFit 201! We start all new members with Three Private Training Sessions called Elements. You will learn everything about CrossFit in these sessions – the essential movements and skills, as well as how to perform them safely, effectively and efficiently. They are an hour each and consist of a short talk, a skill-teaching session, a workout, and a recap. These sessions not only help you become familiar with CrossFit, but also allows us to get to know each other and make new friends with the whole CrossFit 201 community! It is $200 for the 3 sessions and in the remaining month of your membership, take classes for free.
